Both of these were created as entries for official movie poster contests, the first one through Facebook and the other from Talenthouse. For Godzilla, I based the piece on traditional Japanese ink paintings. Although this did not win the grand prize, it did become one of the top ten finalists. For Pacific Rim: Uprising, I wanted to create a piece that emulated the recruitment posters seen in the original film. This one did not win either, but it was still one of the more unique entries when compared to the other submissions.
